Nice dim sum you got there!
Great authentic Chinese Dim Sun with great prices.
Very huge portions, it's changed name to Lai Lai dimsum. Charsiewbao are extremely huge word of caution is not to order more than 2 sides and 1 mains I couldn't finish anything on the 4sides and 1 mains ordered. They were simply too huge and were cheap
This place is now called Homestyle Dum Sum.
All dim sum is made fresh in the store, which is better than many higher-end dim sum restaurants that just heat up pre-made food. Each portion is decently large and well worth the price. Most of the small dishes are less than $4 per plate. Occasionally you might get a dish that isn't completely warm because it was made earlier in the day.
Living in a small rural town has one drawback...a lack of variation in restaurant choices. When visiting the International District in Seattle my family chose Duk Li Dim Sum based on recommendations and our desire to step outside of our comfort zone to see what flavors the world has to offer. We were not disappointed in our decision. The place has that classic Chinatown feel. The BBQ Pork buns, shrimp dumplings, milk tea and fried egg/spring rolls were delicious! We didn't care for the pork dumplings, and the bathrooms were in need of a thorough cleaning, but the prices and service were excellent and the international-american experience was just what we wanted.
We got 2 steamed bbq and chicken buns. As well as a fried football shaped donut with pork inside. It was awesome! It only cost us about 4 dllrs. Food quality is great and the prices are ridiculously cheap! A great stop to snack!
Service was okay; it seems you'd fare much better if you knew how to speak Chinese. One of the dishes was barely warm so tasted pretty mediocre. The restaurant is a good place to stop and grab a quick bite as long as 1) you lower your expectations, and 2) you make sure to engage the waitstaff when you need them.
Duk Li is a small, family run, old school and unpretentious dim sum restaurant with excellent dim sum at cheap prices.
Good service and awesome prices. Spent $15 on a variety of dishes for 2 people. Pork buns are always on our order!
good dimsum
My go to as well as Dim Sum King for fast dim sum to take home. Reasonable prices and fast service. The interior of the place is old and needs a refresh but it doesn't bother me as I take it away home anyway.
Real cheap authentic hong kong style dimsum

If you're looking for quality dim sum and hot pot dishes, come here and give it a try. It doesn't disappoint. Love every bite! If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would!
They're okay but they're randomly closed sometimes. Good pricing though.
Excellent food and great prices. Sticky rice is really good. They don't serve diet coke. Will go back for the dim sum.
The best dim sum in Seattle. Go here if you can. Good prices, big portions.
I enjoyed the dishes I got at Duk Li – they were as good as the offerings from other better dim sum places in Seattle. I had tried dishes from Duk Li before the ownership changed hands and thought the food was good but had not yet been back since. I visited on a Thursday morning to pick up a few things for breakfast. The staff were not overly friendly but were not rude which was a plus. I settled on getting a few baked BBQ pork buns, shu mai, and har gow. The BBQ pork bun was good – it was on the sweet side and had good pork flavor. The har gow had large pieces of shrimp and a thin wrapper which was nice. The shu mai were also pretty substantial in size and had a lot of pork flavor. Both the har gow and shu mai reminded me of the ones sold at Dim Sum King. Overall, I’m glad I visited and will keep Duk Li in mind if I want dim sum.
Appears to be restaurant price change .Diners can decide whether its higher prices are justified
Hands down my favorite spot for dimsum.
This is a very cozy and comfortable place for dine in or take out. The service is friendly and fast, and the prices are reasonable. My favorite is the steamed pork buns. Unlike most places, their buns have a decent amount of meat inside.
Best Dim Sum in SEATTLE AND TACOMA! The Shu Mai (pork and shrimp) is the best Dim Sum on the menu in my opinion.
The only early dim sum place you can find in Seattle. Great selection of food and surprisingly low price in terms of Seattle standard. Also have bakery for take out and simple HK style drinks.
Love this place! their food is incredible, I always go with my Filipino family when I visit. Go Hawks!
It's so good, was surprised by the very large portion size of everything.
New owner and maintained the good values.Dim Sum were fair. Saturday morning there was a 25 minutes wait, wasn't bad. 20 plus seats. There weren't no carts going around, you have to order from the one single sheet menu. In addition, they also carry some Chinese pastries and should give it a try.A month later we revisited no waiting anymore. In fact plenty of tables
The food at this place used to be good considering the price that they charge. Now its just okay since they dramatically raise the price without improving anything. A milk tea with a plate of steamed rice paste used to cost $5 last year now cost $7.
Good authentic Chinese food...Good service too 😊👍
Similar to other Dim Sum places, pretty standard common Dim Sum. Prices are ok, tastes pretty good.Their rice noodle roll is the best and very authentic. Will stop by again for breakfast
Quick and friendly staff. Great dim sum for the low price. No overboard pushing for more food and standard sized portions.
Super tasty Dim Sum! Its a must visit when in chinatown for me. I love the ShuMai!!
Duk li is no longer duk li. Looks like they go by homestyle dim sum. The folks are nice and the food is great. My wife is scarfing down an onion bun as we speak lol
Went here for lunch during visit to Chinatown. Decent place and good spread. Only one veg entree. They weren't ready to customize other menu to suit vegetarians :( Never served water, it was only jasmine tea. Did not ask for a refill. Overall a timid experience at this place.
Awesome food. And super clean kitchen. I will be coming back.
I've been here 4 times and it's SO good!! Skip the shrimp and chive dumplings...my only regret because it's a huge order and not as good as their other options. I tried the noodles in chili paste and they were Duk Li Dim Sum Restaurant . good. Nice amount of spice. The fried shrimp balls were perfectly crispy and fresh. The lava buns are my favorite dessert. I recommend going with 3 people because most of the smaller dishes come with 3 pieces (so if you go with 4 might be awkward if you only order 1 dish Li Dim Sum Restaurant Duk Li Dim Sum Restaurant..aha).
So much food hong kong style dim sum with friendly service no waiting quality flavorful food try the salt and pepper squid and the rice noodles
This is a small cozy little place with friendly servers and good food.
Thankful for the generous serving, now we're so full and satisfied. They were quick in giving out our takeout orders. 5 stars all the way!
We loved this place for years but went recently and it’s quite different. You used to order by individual dumplings but now everything comes in sets like other places. The pork bun wasn’t great. The shu mai was unappetizing. The rice roll was still good but it doesn’t feel like the same spot.
Delightful homey environment, extremely affordable food ($20 worth of food left us with more than two people could eat). This is dumplings the way your mother would make, if you were lucky enough to have an Asian mother. And if not, this is your chance to have that experience.
Great food and fast. Lots of favors. Not a romantic place but if you want good food at good prices. This is the place for you.
Fantastic we loved
So happy we came here. We were planning on going to another dim sum restaurant but arrived before it opened and came in here instead. The service was so fantastic and fast. The prices were reasonable. Not a normal dim sum experience for me, you fill out a form to order what you want, but you get everything you want right away so it's a good way to do it.
This was a new find for the wife and I. Since their store was open at such an early spot, we were lucky enough to stumble upon this restaurant. We were able to to try a few different things. The Har gow was full of meat and the outer wrapper was thin and delicate, My son loved the beef sui mai, it was plump, moist and very flavorful. the pork sui mai had great texture, size and flavor, and the tofu wrapped dim sum, forgot the name of it. but it was my favorite. We also tried the fresh steamed and baked pork buns which i will surely a must have. We will go back for sure.
This was far one of the worst experience I’ve had with Chinese food. My friend and I went to have Dim Sum early in the morning , we arrived and were seated in a nice quiet area. We were almost done eating when my friend realized that on the Chinese broccoli there was a worm !!! We made the server aware and she acted like there was nothing until we showed her. We asked her to call the manager but she never did. I went to look for the manager myself and he was understanding and took care of us, so I give props to the manager. Anyway when I left to use the restroom my friend who is Chinese told me one of the ladies said to him “don’t ever bring her here again. Doesn’t she know that this is normal in China” ?? This is completely unacceptable for her to talk like this to her customers. I’m never coming back here. So please stay away unless you want worms on your food.
For you and your friends to get good dim sum when you just want good food
Hands down the worst dimsum restaurant in Chinatown. The first problem is the questionable hygiene. I found a mysterious human hair on the bowl for congee, which is quite disgusting. The second problem is the freshness of food - of all the dimsum items we ordered, none of them were fresh. The bread is not freshly baked, but heated using microwave. The egg tart has a rotten smell, totally stinks. There are many other restaurants in the area, offering much better dimsum food at reasonable price.
Good Dim Sum! It's a little pricey, but good quality, and they have baked Char Siu Bao (manapua).
Always satisfying at an amazing price. This is my fave comfort food
